Tropical beach wedding and villa reception with a fiery finale

Wedding Date:

Ceremony:

A beach in South Bali

Reservation:

Private villa with pool

Style:

Tropical elegance with orchids and Balinese elements

Nikoleta and Peter approached us with a clear vision: they wanted to say their “I do” right on the beach – with the sound of the sea in the background, barefoot in the sand, with a ceremony under a tropical wedding arch full of flowers. And we were happy to turn this vision into reality.

We had about six months to plan. The whole concept revolved around a combination of tropical style, pure elegance and Balinese elements. We knew from the beginning that it would be a wedding that would not only be beautiful, but also full of unforgettable moments.

BEFORE THE WEDDING: FIRST MEETING AND FINDING THE DETAILS

Once the couple arrived in Bali, we met in person for a joint meeting, where we went over all the details, gave final instructions to the guests, and got them ready for the big day. Our agency was present at the check-in of all the guests to ensure a smooth process and to make them feel taken care of from the very first moment.

WEDDING DAY: TWO PLACES, ONE STORY

This wedding was a bit more challenging to coordinate – the ceremony and reception took place in two different locations. But everything worked together perfectly.

Early in the morning, preparations began – we built a grand entrance on the beach, adjusted the decorations, and set up the sound system. At the same time, the private villa was preparing the festive decorations, lighting, catering, and a space for the evening entertainment.

The makeup artist arrived at the villa, where she prepared the bride in a peaceful tropical setting. The photographer documented all the preparations, while the men enjoyed a relaxing morning with drinks and the pool.

During the transfer, we made sure that the groom saw the bride only at the ceremony. First, we transported the guests, and then the bride herself. Timing was key – and it worked out to the minute.

CEREMONY: VOWLS ON WHITE SAND AND ORCHIDS IN THE HAIR

The ceremony took place on the beach in the afternoon, when the light was soft and golden, ideal for a fairytale ceremony on the beach and subsequent photos. The decoration was in white with tropical orchids, which the bride herself had wished for. The orchids were reflected throughout the wedding decoration. The decoration and background music completed the magical atmosphere of the wedding ceremony.

The presence of the Balinese officiant, the English speech with Czech translation and, above all, the personal vows of Nikoleta and Petr created a moment in which not a single eye remained dry.

The ceremony was followed by a photo shoot, both couples, groups and those inconspicuous moments that tell the most. In the meantime, the guests enjoyed drinks and the sound of the ocean.

EVENING AT THE VILLA: SURPRISE, LIVE MUSIC AND DANCING UNDER THE STARS

Upon returning to the villa, they were greeted with a pleasant welcome – canapés, welcome drinks and a four-course served dinner. Between courses, they chatted, laughed and looked forward to the evening.

And then came the surprise: a fire show. Rhythmic dances, lights and the power of fire fuelled the energy of the entire evening. The guests were fascinated and enthusiastic. The atmosphere changed, and the evening could continue.

The first newlywed dance followed, accompanied by live music, which was both romantic and touching. The cake cutting and champagne tower were just the icing on the cake, and then the DJ came on and the dance floor filled up. They danced until the night.

THE MORNING AFTER: PEACE, VIEWS AND FAREWELL

The next day, we arranged a convenient check-out for the guests. They enjoyed their last morning by the pool with breakfast and a view of the tropical garden. It was a wedding that was not only successful, but one that remained in the hearts of all those involved. And for us at Tropic Wedding, it was another beautiful story that we could help write.
