FROM FIRST IDEAS TO A DREAM WEDDING HOLIDAY
Over the course of several months, their wedding plans went through a number of transformations. The original vision was completely different – a different destination, a different concept, and a larger guest list. The more we got to know each other, the more it became clear that their story would be best reflected through an intimate wedding for two. Our goal was never just to organise the ceremony.
We set out to create a complete wedding holiday, from arrival to departure. From accommodation and transfers to excursions, reservations, and all the small details that allowed them to enjoy their stay without a single worry.
CHOOSING THE PERFECT LOCATION: A CLIFFSIDE VILLA WITH OCEAN VIEWS
For their wedding day, we selected an exceptional villa hidden within a luxurious cliffside resort in Bali. The private one-bedroom villa offered complete privacy, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, and an atmosphere that perfectly reflected everything Haniah and Jakub had envisioned – peace, romance, and exclusivity. They spent two nights at the villa, giving them plenty of time to soak in the surroundings before their wedding day arrived.
A WEDDING MORNING IN TROPICAL PARADISE
The wedding morning began with the bride and groom getting ready at the villa while our team finalized the last decorative details.
The ceremony took place on a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean. The entire concept was designed in elegant white and green tones with a soft garden-inspired style. Floral arrangements accompanied every moment of the day, from the wedding arch and bridal bouquet to the beautifully decorated dinner table.
A CEREMONY WITH AN ENDLESS HORIZON
The wedding ceremony was led by an Indonesian celebrant in English. The exchange of vows, rings, and their first kiss as newlyweds made for unforgettable moments. Adding even more magic to the ceremony was a live violinist, whose music created a truly emotional atmosphere and highlighted the uniqueness of the day.
CAPTURING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS
Following the ceremony, several hours were dedicated to photography and videography. Together, we explored the most picturesque corners of the resort and villa to ensure that the photos and video captured not only the stunning scenery, but most importantly the genuine emotions, happiness, and love that Haniah and Jakub experienced throughout the day.
AN EVENING JUST FOR TWO
Upon returning to the villa, the newlyweds were greeted by an elegantly prepared multi-course served dinner. The evening began with a champagne tower, creating a beautiful symbolic moment before dinner. This was followed by their first dance as a married couple, after which the villa belonged solely to the two of them. Exactly as they had always imagined.
WHY WAS THIS WEDDING SO SPECIAL?
Because it was never just about one day. It was about a journey that began with a single phone call and transformed into several weeks of unforgettable experiences, discovery, and beautiful memories. Haniah and Jakub dreamed of a wedding that would feel authentic, peaceful, and completely their own. And that is exactly what it became.
